October is cancer awareness month On October 6th the Pennies for Patients Collection Boxes will be sent home. So collect your pennies and make a difference in someone's life!

Neon Night January 30th 11:00 p.m. - 1:00 a.m. A private event for all 9-12 grade UCA students and their guest at AMF Kegler's Lanes for the 2015 After Party! Middle and High School Dress Code Update for 2014-15
Remember all clothing should be modest.
Skirts of any style, fabric, or color, providing they are modest fitting and knee length, must be worn. Sheer skirts must have lining that is also knee length.
Slits should be pinned if the cut is higher than the knee.
Leggings may be worn under skirts.
Hair color must be a natural color. (NO PUNK, worldly styles.)
Earrings are worn in the ears only. NO LONGER CAN GIRLS WEAR ANY TYPE OF FACIAL JEWELRY.
UCA team uniforms, jerseys, and shirts are acceptable if not altered.
Any modest neckline and fit tops may be worn, provided they are NOT sheer, see-through fabric. Tank tops and camisoles are only for undergarments not outer wear. No sleeveless shirts.
Only polo-style, rugby shirts and oxford-styled shirts are to be worn. Sweatshirts or jackets may be worn. However, if you wish to take it off, you will need to have on a collared shirt or a UCA
t-shirt. Name brand and team brand names may be worn but with no inappropriate graphics or pictures.
Jeans (no holes), khakis, or athletic pants. NO shorts except on Friday dress down days.
UCA team uniform jerseys and shirts are acceptable if not altered.
Hair is to be worn off the collar, out of the eyes, and no longer than the top of the ear. Facial hair must be kept neat and trimmed.
Hats are not to be worn throughout the day.
Jewelry (earrings or other piercings) is not to be worn.
All UCA t-shirts are acceptable.
*Any student who fails to follow the dress code will be given a warning the first time. If he/she violates the dress code again, he/she will be sent to the office to call a parent to either bring the necessary items to fix the problem or to take the student home. Any missed class time will be considered an absence.
Friday is dress down day –
Girls may wear modest fitting jeans (no holes), slacks or athletic pants. Tops should be modest and appropriate.
Guys may wear shorts, athletic pants, jeans (NO holes) and t-shirts.
ALL dress code is under the discretion of the administration.
