Founded in 1979, United Christian Academy came into existence for the children of our community. The desire of a Biblical Christian atmosphere where Bible-based academics taught has been the format. These desires will continue to mold young lives as we have expanded our facilities. We thank and praise the Lord for His rich blessings. In 1989, the ground was broken to the new gym and classroom building. Through the faithfulness of many individuals, much progress was made. Since then, the building and grounds have expanded to include soccer and baseball fields. Thanks to the love of one man and many years of dedicating his life to serving the Lord Jesus Christ, United Christian Academy celebrates over 30 years of Christian ministry.
Our School Community: We are a small christian school with classes in session from 8:30 until 3:00pm. Students in Kindergarten through Fifth Grades have self-contained classrooms with one primary teacher. Our middle school and high school are also involved in special activities including praise band, choir, art, missions, chapel, and field trips are all part of their learning experience. Students are also involved in baseball, basketball, cheerleading, softball, soccer, golf, and volleyball.
Our Faculty: All students are provided the opportunity to learn in an environment which blends strong academics with opportunities for individual and social growth, all from a Christ-centered perspective. Our teachers are equipped with the skills to teach, the compassion to nurture and the creativity to make the learning experience exciting for students as they strive in spirit and grow in knowledge.
Our Program: United Christian Academy's focus has remained constant in its 37 years of operation. Our focus is to inspire and educate students as they begin to understand the full potential that God has for their lives. This is done by the careful selection of A Beka and Bob Jones curriculum. Bible is a core subject for all grades. Weekly chapels, daily bible classes, praise and worship are all designed to meet the spiritual and academic needs of our students.
